The Jones St. Project is a 10-unit residential building in Jersey City, NJ, featuring ground-floor commercial space and a rooftop deck. Designed by Jorge Mastropietro in collaboration with Studio ST architects, the building boasts an elegant and minimalist interior that complements its bold exterior facade with a stone-finished storefront, a stacked bond pattern brick facade with aluminum-framed windows, and balconies with mechanized ACM Siding Panels and wooden finishes on the right side from the 2nd to the 5th floor.
